Adrienne's approach to yoga is rooted in creating a space that is accessible for everyone, every shape, everywhere. Making yoga fun, non-pretentious, and making it work for her student.  Adrienne brings her knowledge in an applied way, structuring sequences to cater to her clients' specific needs, everything from breath work to power flow. She cultivates a space for her students to connect with their body and beyond in a gracious way, believing that same grace carries off the yoga mat. Whether in the home, office, beach, or park, all you need is a mat, and she will do the rest to help you GeT yOur FloW oN.

Adrienne has been practicing yoga for almost ten years, having first been introduced via dance.  She received her RYT-600 and is currently pursuing her Master's in Yoga Therapy studies, along with her C-IAYT.  She loves diving deeper into the various aspects of yoga, both physically and mentally. She specifically enjoys cultivating an environment where body awareness, connection, and self-empowerment are fully available to each one of her clients.  Adrienne comes from a place of authenticity and integrity, truly meeting each student where they are.  She offers private, semi-private, group lessons, corporate events,  as well as virtual sessions online.  Check out the "Upcoming Events" page for any upcoming public group class dates, workshops, and/or retreats.
