Dance & Yoga Training

Adrienne first started dancing at a young age, and eventually received her BFA in Theatre and Performance.  She then started teaching Ballroom Dance, and earned her DVIDA certification, as recognized by the National Dance Council of America. She has trained with some of the best coaches in the country, holding various dance titles across the national competition level. In 2015, she moved to Los Angeles, and shortly after, started incorporating yoga as part of her offerings once discovering the many correlations Ballroom Dance and Yoga carried. Aspects such as body awareness, alignment, and intentional movement to name a few! Adrienne acquired her RYT-600 and ultimately completed her Master's in Yoga Therapy studies from Loyola Marymount University, along with her C-IAYT, Clinical Yoga Therapy Certificate, as well as her Yoga Nidra Level 1 Certification through iRest Institute.

Returning to Nashville in 2022, she now splits her time between LA and Nashville, currently offering both Dance and Yoga instruction in studio or on-site, as well as telehealth sessions for Yoga and Clinical Yoga Therapy sessions.
